There are an abundance of amazing apps out there but I came across these 5 cool Personal Development apps I thought I would share designed to help you grow, be more productive, happier and reach your goals.

How it works/what it is: It’s an intelligent alarm clock. Wakes you up in the lightest sleep phase. It is designed to be a natural way to wake up feeling rested and relaxed. The phase you are in when your alarm goes off is critical for how tired you will feel when you wake up.
